EU Right of Withdrawl
European Union consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. If the shipping address on your order is in an EU member country, you may withdraw at any time from the date of purchase through 14 days after the date your order is delivered. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the last item.
To withdraw from your purchase, please use the withdrawal form available here. If your order has already shipped, your refund will not be processed until the items have been returned to us.
- Pre-shipment cancellations: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal submission.
- Shipped orders: The 14-day refund window begins on the date we receive your withdrawal request, but the refund will be withheld until we receive proof of return shipment or the goods arrive back to us, whichever comes first. If proof of shipment is received after day 14, the refund will be issued immediately (payment processing times vary by bank).
You must return the goods within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request. You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured shipping method, as you're responsible for the goods until we receive them.
The $5 restocking fee does not apply to EU withdrawals.
